Our roofs feature vaulted ceilings and internal pelmets around the perimeter for you to install any lights or speakers. Yes, they do. Our flat skylights come in blue or neutral glass, and the frames are available in grey, white, black, or any custom colour. Please note that our skylights can only be used on flat roof extensions.
Our hybrid roofs also come with customisation options. Although mostly consisting of solid roofs, they can be fitted with glass units for more natural light. These glass units come in different styles, including shaped, side-shaped, full-length panels, or a combination of all three.
Additionally, the tiles on our tiled roofs are available in different colours, including Harvest Brown, Carbon Grey, and Terra Brick. This allows the tiles to blend in seamlessly with the rest of your home.
Do I need planning permission for a home extension?
