As an existing customer you qualify to receive a recommendation fee of between £30 and £100 (dependent upon order size) for anyone new (no previous quotes from, or contracts with, Custom Glaze) that you refer to Custom Glaze for a quotation who goes on to place an order. To make a referral, please complete the referral contact form. Payments are made following completion of the installation and full payment for the work carried out being made.

Recommendation Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions
- The referral scheme is open to existing customers only.
- To qualify, the referrer must provide their valid 8-digit contract number at the time of referral.
- The referral must be submitted before the referred customer signs any contract or places an order with us.
- The referred customer must be a new customer who has not previously received a quotation from us, placed an order with us, or otherwise already be known to our business.
- Referral rewards are based on the final contract value of the referred customer’s order and are payable as follows:
- £30 for orders over £1,000
- £50 for orders over £3,000
- £100 for orders over £6,000
- Referral payments will only be made once the referred customer’s installation has been completed in full and final payment has been received.
- Only one referral payment can be claimed per new customer/order.
- The company reserves the right to refuse or withdraw referral payments where the terms of the scheme have not been met.
- The referral scheme may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
