Grey Aluminium French doors on a red brick extension

Flat Roof Key Features

Strong

As the strongest flat roof system, our flat roofs are engineered to your postcode, can span up to 5.6m unsupported without extra steel and support roof lights up to 5.7m x 3m. Because of this, our flat roofs are ideal for large spans of bifolding or sliding doors.

Lightweight

At only 51 kg/m2, our flat roofs are the lightest on the market because of their patented lightweight panel technology. Because of this, the panels are lightweight and easy to manoeuvre, and the flat roofs are designed to work with continuous window frames.

One Order

Because an order for our flat roofs includes the roof deck, kerb, and roof lights, you will not have to wait for kerb sizes to order your roof lights, as the structural parameters of roof decks and lights are all taken care of.

Sleek and Modern Design

Our flat roofs feature a sleek and contemporary design that adds a touch of sophistication to any property. With their minimalist aesthetic and clean lines, these roofs complement modern architectural styles and enhance the overall appearance of the home.

Versatility

These flat roofs offer versatility in design and function, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. Whether used as an extension, a carport, or a patio cover, flat roofs can be customised to meet the specific needs and preferences of homeowners.

Durable Construction

Built to last with durable materials and precision engineering, our flat roofs ensure long-lasting performance. The robust construction and weatherproof seals provide protection against the elements, including rain, wind, and UV radiation.

Customisation Options

Because they are available in unlimited widths and are compatible with any roof membrane, our flat roofs are compatible with garden homes, bungalows, and partial walls. Additionally, you can choose to have zero, one, or two apertures on your flat roof.

Our flat roofs are also available with optional soffits or fascias. We offer standard and extended soffits for our flat roofs, along with four different types of fascia designs or the choice to create your own bespoke fascia. Our flat roofs can also be supplied with optional fascias. Our fascias are available in white as standard or in any RAL colour as well. All fascias are supplied with a Marley gutter system and a round downpipe.

Our classic fascia kits are supplied with uPVC fascia boards, decorative profiles, and soffit boards. On the other hand, our cornice fascia kits come with grey gutters, aluminium cornice profiles, and uPVC fascia and soffit boards. For a slimmer appearance, our soffit boards can be provided in a different colour to the cornice.
