Because of their various customisation options, our flat skylights will suit any flat roof extension. The frames of our flay skylights are available in Grey, Black, or White as standard but are also available in any RAL or special colour as well to match the rest of your property. The glass on our skylights is available in blue or clear as well.
Our flat skylights are designed to maximise sightlines and are available in different sizes from 600mm x 600mm to 2,500m in length. That being said, your timber kerb width must be kept at a maximum of 80mm and a minimum height of 150mm at its lowest point.

What is the difference between skylights and roof lanterns?
Our skylights are usually fitted snuggly into the roofs of our flat roof extensions so that they mimic a window sitting snugly in a wall. On the other hand, our roof lanterns consist of a large triangular structure that is designed to sit only on the flat roof of an extension. Roof lanterns will provide the living space below with extra height and light.
Can I install a flat skylight on my conservatory roof?
Our flat skylights are only suitable to be installed on flat roofs due to their flush-fit nature. Because of this, our flat skylights cannot be fitted into your conservatory roof if it does not have a flat roof.
Do your flat skylights meet the current British Standards?
Generally speaking, yes, they do. Our flat skylights have been designed to meet the current British Standards for overhead glass that is installed less than 5m above the finished floor level. If the skylight is to be installed more than 5m above floor level or over a body of water, then the inner panes on our flat skylights must be laminated.
The use of toughened inner glass panes in other applications below 5m above the finished floor level is allowed according to British Standards, although a risk assessment should be conducted.
